Katowice, Poland Pioneers Ground-Breaking Steps to Protect Smart-City Infrastructure Systems and Citizens from Cybersecurity Attacks by Deploying ELIoT Pro by Cyberus Labs, the World’s First End to End Internet of Things (IoT) Protection Platform, Featuring Downloadable Lightweight Encryption Technology.

Cyberus Labs is proud to announce that it has reached the next significant step in its partnership with the City of Katowice, Poland in protecting smart sensors and eventually primary infrastructure systems such as water delivery networks, public transportation, and power grids.

“After the successful pilot implementation of our IoT cybersecurity solution ELIoT Pro , our team is pleased to now deploy our first-of-kind technology across Katowice smart sensors. The success of these efforts will enable the scaling of our technology to reduce the risk of cyber attacks, data breaches, and service disruptions of larger smart-city infrastructure systems,” said Cyberus Labs’ CEO Jack Wolosewicz.

We have a long track record and very good experience of cooperation with Cyberus Labs. Katowice was the first city in the world to run the successful pilot implementation of ELIoTPro and was part of its world premiere presentation during Cybersec Forum 2019. We are pleased to now partner with Cyberus Labs to deploy ELIoTPro to protect and encrypt data in our air quality monitoring system sensors. This protection is critical for any city that wants to successfully implement smart city/digital solutions while also protecting its citizens from cybersecurity threats.” said Mariusz Jankowski, Head of the Investors Assistance Department at the Katowice City Hall.

ELIoTPro Lightweight encryption can protect any type of IoT device in any type of IoT network. It is the most comprehensive and universal cybersecurity solution available to protect IoT systems. By combining secure Human to Machine (H2M), and Machine to Machine (M2M) authentication and communication specifically designed for IoT, ELIoTPro makes IoT networks safer than ever before. Thanks to its cooperation with Microsoft, Cyberus Labs has integrated its key ELIoTPro cybersecurity components with Microsoft’s Azure IoT tools.

ELIoTPro has been developed with funding from the European Union’s Horizon 2020 research and innovation program. ELIoTPro joined the prestigious group of the most innovative European projects selected for funding by the Horizon 2020 selection committee. The funding was used to complete the development and productization of ELIoTPro. Horizon 2020 funds high-potential innovation developed by Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) through the SME Instrument program. About Cyberus Labs

Based in Poland, with proven Silicon Valley experience Cyberus Labs was founded by a team of cybersecurity specialists that fully understand the new cyber threats faced by today’s businesses, regardless of size.

As more market sectors fully embrace the digital age,  businesses and consumers are under constant threat from cyber attacks.  Hacks, such as phishing, identity, and data theft are dangerous enough but in the case of IoT, disastrous loss of infrastructure function such as the power grid  can be the result

Cyberus Labs eliminates the risk of stolen passwords or credentials for businesses, consumers, and IoT devices, by using a unique password-free authentication technology immune to today’s cyber threats. And this makes businesses, consumers, IoT devices, and infrastructure services, more secure than ever before.
